Name of Company:
The name I settled on for my daycare is Hungry Learning Daycare. I choose this name because it says a lot about the type of company I am building. It relates to the Hippo in a memorable way in that it references the hippo game hungry hungry hippo. This name also says a lot about the daycare. It states in the name that it is a learning facility in which a lot the children are hungry for learning.
After much consideration I have decided to shorten the name to simply Hungry Daycare. I designed many logo variations with the original name, but I kept coming into issues with designing for the longer name. With such a lengthy title my design variations were becoming limited and less successful because the title was taking over the logo. After shortening the name of the company, I was able to create much stronger, more successful logos based more off of the designs themselves and not so much off of the type.
